- If you are already a PayPal member you may email us directly by using this template then process the order amount via PayPal.
- You may use our FAX or Mail Only Order Form and your regular credit card. We accept both MasterCard and Visa.
- You may FAX us your order but make your payment for the total via PayPal.
However, please be advised that although PayPal is extremely reliable and secure, no one can provide an absolute guarantee of safety. We strongly urge you to install and regularly upgrade your computer virus protection software.
- We ship via US Postal Service Priority Mail with a Bar Code tracking sticker. Contact us if you would prefer an alternative method of shipping, such as Express Mail, or if you require additional Insurance.

$30 - $49.99 - $7.00

- All orders must be prepaid, or pre-confirmed with a credit card.
- All wholesale or custom orders will require a 50% prepayment which is non refundable once work has begun on your order.
- Because of the possibility of damage during return shipping, we do not accept returned items but will be willing to work with you to issue a credit for future items.
